Information and illustration disclaimer
The purpose and limits of the categories and examples shown here.
1. Purpose and identity
Mashkhurbek Ibrokhimov presents freelance portfolio and independent visual studies on this website. The operator is Mashkhurbek Ibrokhimov, identified at Alisher Navoiy shoh ko'chasi 29a, 140000, Samarqand, Özbekistan. The public pages explain categories or original studies and help visitors frame an enquiry. They do not constitute an accepted quotation, technical approval, shopping order or commission. Contact [email protected] if a statement needs clarification before you rely on it. The Terms, Privacy policy and Cancellation and refund policy provide related information about using these pages.
2. Original fictional briefs
Field Notes is an editorial booklet exercise; Wayfinding explores a fictional reading-room route; Rhythm studies a sequence of geometric frames. All three are original self-initiated concepts. They are not commissioned clients, built venues, public events or delivered commercial engagements. Sample titles and labels exist only inside the briefs. No revenue, audience or usability results are claimed. Their explanatory concept labels should accompany any reference to the work.
3. Screen study and real implementation
The examples demonstrate visual composition. A booklet image is not a bound printed object, a directional sheet is not an installed sign, and a sequence of frames is not evidence of a released animation. Production requires its own dimensions, file requirements, materials and tests. A real wayfinding project may also need specialist accessibility and building review. These concepts do not certify those requirements or establish a complete production service.
4. Freelance scope and expectations
The folio is an introduction to a possible discussion. It does not state professional qualifications, years of experience, client history or an accepted project scope. A proposed output, price, schedule and revision process must be agreed for the actual brief. Visual quality in a concept does not guarantee recognition, conversion or another result in a different setting. Preparing a message alone does not reserve availability or establish a paid relationship.
5. Rights in future material
A public concept does not grant permission to deploy its artwork as your own identity or imply ownership of another party’s content. Real briefs can involve fonts, images, text and marks with separate licences. Identify permissions and handover requirements before commissioning. Source files, rejected options and publication rights need an agreement specific to the work. No real organisation is presented as endorsing these fictional portfolio studies.
6. Document relationship and corrections
Specific commitments belong in a relevant accepted agreement and must be considered alongside mandatory rights. No disclaimer here excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Website delivery and email services can fail or change; a draft is not confirmation that a recipient has read a message. If you notice an inaccurate statement or rights concern, identify the URL and explain the issue through the Contact route. Preserve the context of any transaction or brief when asking for a correction.
