Terms of use
Using the pages and discussing a separate commercial arrangement.
1. Professional and purpose
Mashkhurbek Ibrokhimov presents this freelance portfolio from the identification address Alisher Navoiy shoh ko'chasi 29a, 140000, Samarqand, Özbekistan. The public name is Mashkhurbek Ibrokhimov; the enquiry route is [email protected]. The folio shows original self-initiated layout studies and opens a conversation about potential freelance work. It does not publish employment history, client endorsements or measured project outcomes. Viewing the work or preparing a draft does not commission a project, establish a partnership or confirm the availability of the professional.
2. The three studies
Field Notes, Wayfinding and Rhythm are fictional briefs developed for this portfolio. The booklet, directional system and visual sequence are original concept examples. Their sample names and labels are not evidence of an actual client, venue, event or public deployment. Explanations concern visual choices visible in the artwork. They make no claim about sales, attendance, customer satisfaction or other performance. Keep that concept context with any discussion of an example and do not attribute the brief to an unrelated real organisation.
3. Discussing a real brief
A portfolio study is a starting point for describing preferences, not a fixed commercial package. A possible brief should identify the audience, purpose, outputs, medium and existing source content. Requirements for translation, specialist review, data handling or physical production need to be made explicit. The presence of a booklet illustration does not establish that printing is included. A directional concept does not certify accessibility or building compliance. Confirm the actual tasks and responsibilities before treating a conversation as an engagement.
4. Scope and acceptance
If a conversation proceeds, establish deliverables, revision stages, content responsibilities, approvals, intended uses and handover in a clear agreement. A preferred completion date in an enquiry is a request. It is not a booking. No standard fee, deposit or turnaround is invented on this portfolio. Any payment stages, expenses or external subscriptions belong in the specific proposal. Review scope changes explicitly instead of assuming that a general description includes unlimited changes or every related output.
5. Source material and permissions
Text, images, marks, code or data supplied for a real project should come with the necessary permissions. Identify confidentiality restrictions and required attribution before sharing working material. A fictional concept does not supply a licence for using another person’s photograph or a third party’s identity. The initial form accepts no files. A separate transfer arrangement is needed if confidential or sizeable materials become relevant. Responsibility for factual checks and specialist approvals should be allocated in the brief.
6. Ownership and usable deliverables
Viewing an original study does not transfer its artwork or grant rights to deploy its fictional identity. For commissioned work, discuss reproduction, modification, distribution, source files and any separately licensed component. Different outputs may require different handover formats. An image of a booklet is not a print-ready package, and a visual sequence is not automatically a working animation file. Agree what is delivered and permitted before relying on a final design in publication or production.
7. Production and outcomes
The examples illustrate decisions about scale, spacing, order and navigation. Physical substrates, display conditions and real user needs can change the result. Production proofs, testing and implementation require their own scope and participants. The portfolio does not promise recognition, conversion, accessibility certification or another commercial outcome. Any performance requirement must be reviewed against a real brief and an agreed means of assessment. An attractive screen image cannot replace technical or contextual validation of a production deliverable.
8. Website conduct
Use public navigation for its intended purpose. Do not impersonate a customer or representative, interfere with access, attempt to reach private systems or provide material you have no right to disclose. Normal browsing and a project enquiry are welcome uses; they do not grant unrestricted reproduction rights in the page artwork. If a link or control appears to behave unexpectedly, explain the relevant URL and issue through the Contact route, without sending passwords or private third-party records.
9. The draft tool
The enquiry form prepares a browser preview and can open an email application. It does not send from a server, reserve availability, collect payment or confirm acceptance. You remain responsible for checking the recipient and contents before sending from your own service. Technical failure, a closed email application or an unsent draft may prevent contact. A visible preview is therefore not a receipt, order confirmation or commitment to a deadline. Keep separately agreed commercial communications for reference.
10. Other systems and access
Network, hosting, browser and email services have their own operation and conditions. Page availability can change or be interrupted. The site cannot promise uninterrupted access or successful delivery through every email configuration. External provider fees and services are not automatically included in an enquiry. If a later transaction relies on a separate service, confirm its provider and responsibility before accepting its terms or paying it. English copy does not establish a business address in a different country.
11. Questions, changes and mandatory rights
These terms describe the current public website. Updates to it do not silently replace a separate accepted agreement. No provision removes rights, obligations or remedies that applicable law prevents the parties from excluding. Read the Privacy policy for the data workflow and the Cancellation and refund policy for questions about a later paid arrangement. To clarify a statement, prepare an email to [email protected] identifying the page and the issue before relying on it in a transaction.
